Will your DVD's play in other countries besides the USA?
Our DVD's are region code 0, which means that they will play in every country. The are NTsc dvds, but most international dvd players are multi format, and will play this type of dvd. We ship internationally on a regular basis, and hardly ever have any problems with compatibility.
The DVD I got skips or freezes, what should I do ?

I got my DVDs and one is damaged, what should I do?
WHEN YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE, IF YOU NOTICE IT IS DAMAGED BEFORE THE MAIL PERSON LEAVES, TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE REFUSING IT, AND HAVE IT RETURNED TO US. IF THE MAIL CARRIER HAS ALREADY GONE, THEN CALL US AND WE CAN WORK TO GET YOU A REPLACEMENT.
